Based in Hanoi, Hanoi Motorbike Rental has been providing Japanese Honda road bikes, dirt bikes, trail bikes, and scooters for rent since late 2006. We are part of Offroad Vietnam Adventure Travel, a long-established motorcycle adventure company specializing in motorbike tours and rentals in Northern Vietnam.

Our business was founded by two passionate motorcyclists who enjoy riding motorcycles on a daily basis and have extensive experience in the motorbike and tourism industry. Between us, we have more than 15 to 25 years of experience in tourism, as well as many years of practical experience riding, maintaining, and repairing motorcycles in Vietnam.

Anh Wu manages the office and is responsible for customer service, bookings, and making sure that all customer emails and inquiries are answered as quickly as possible. Tony Nguyen is our head mechanic and an experienced motorbike tour guide. Together, we personally inspect, service, repair, and prepare our rental motorcycles, with support from our experienced tour guide team.

Working directly on our own motorcycles gives us valuable hands-on experience. We also use this process to train our guides so they understand the motorbikes they ride and can deal with common mechanical problems on the road. We believe knowing a motorcycle properly is just as important as knowing how to ride it.

All of our Japanese Honda touring motorcycles, designed for long-distance motorbike trips in Vietnam, and our Honda scooters for rent in Hanoi, commonly used by expats for daily transportation, are owned, maintained, and prepared by our own team.

We do not simply hand over a motorcycle and send you on your way. We put ourselves in your position as riders. Before every rental, we want to make sure the bike is properly checked and ready for your journey. Our goal is simple: you should enjoy your trip as much as we enjoy riding and running our motorbike rental business.

As Hanoi Motorbike Rental currently operates from only one office in Hanoi, we do not offer one-way motorbike rentals. All rental motorcycles and scooters must be collected and returned in Hanoi.

This arrangement allows us to keep better control over our fleet and ensures that every motorcycle can be properly inspected and serviced after each rental. If you are planning a long-distance motorbike trip in Vietnam, please contact us in advance to discuss your route, motorcycle choice, rental period, and return arrangements.
