DISCONTINUED HONDA AUTOMATIC 125CC MOTOR-SCOOTERS

These 125cc motor-scooters used to be very popular bikes we provided to expats and people who worked in Hanoi. However, they are either old, too expensive or parts are not available anymore. Currently, we use newer 110-125cc automatic scooters.

SHi 125cc Motor-Scooters

Fuel injection. King of full-size scooters in Vietnam. All in all, it’s a great scooter but too expensive and parts are also extremely over-priced.

Honda PS150i

Fuel injection. Same issues like SH125i, too expensive.

Honda @ 125cc

This model was the first maxi-scooter in Vietnam from Italy. In fact, the parts are very expensive and not always available. A second-hand scooter of this model is very cheap though, but just too old by now.

Honda PCX 125cc

Fuel injection. A good scooter but is “ugly” by Vietnamese standards. In addition, it’s not step through so girls didn’t like it. Actually, this scooter is very easy to have all plastic parts scratched, especially parking is always an issue in Hanoi.

Honda Spacy 125cc

An outdated model and parts are extremely expensive.

Honda Joying or Fuma 125cc

A product from Honda Wuyang of China. In reality, the quality was not what we expected and paid.

Honda @ Stream 125cc

The first scooter product from Honda Wuyang of China to be imported into Vietnam. However, the quality was not what we expected. In addition, both wheels were so small that makes it extremely hard to control this scooter when you corner.

SYM Attila 125cc

It was the most successful product from the Taiwanese’s SYM or SanYang Motors. The steering was quite bad due to very small wheels. In addition, fuel consumption was more than any Honda 125cc above. In fact, this was our only non-Honda scooter in the past and was the worst scooter we have ever hired.
